SRIVENKATESHWARAA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, ARIYUR, PUDUCHERRY has conducted 32nd JUNIOR NATIONAL THROWBALL CHAMPIONSHIP FOR BOYS AND GIRLS FROM 28 TO 30 MARCH 2025 along with Puducherry Amateur Throwball Association at SVCET.
During the Inauguration Dr.S. MANI, President, THROWBALL FEDERATION OF INDIA, Mr. K.N.GOVINDARAJ General Secretary, THROWBALL FEDERATION OF INDIA, MJF.Ln.Dr.R.ARIVOLI Vice President, TAMIL NADU THROWBALL ASSOCIATION, Thiru. D. RAVICHANDIRAN Vice President, Puducherry Vetran Athletic Association, Mr. N. NARAYANASAMY General Sectretary, Puducherry Amateur Throwball Association, Dr. ARANGA PANBILATHAN, Refree Board Chairman, Puducherry Amateur Throwball Association, Mr. ANTHONYSAMY, Vice President, Puducherry Amateur Throwball Association have participated along with SVCET Principal Dr. S. PRADEEP DEVANEYAN.
Throughout India, nearly 11 state level players from Tamilnadu,Odisha,Gujarat,Telugana, Bihar,West Bengal ,Delhi,Karnataka and host team Puducherry have participated in the event. Nearly 250 Students and 50 coaches & refrees were part of the entire Championship event.
Finally Karnataka Boys Team and Karnataka Girls Team won the I prize, and Tamil Nadu Boys Team and Karnataka Girls Team won the II prize and the Delhi Boys Team Delhi Girls Team won the III prize.
The host team SVCET. Puducherry has made arrangements for all the Coaches, Trainers, Officials, and Volunteers who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event possible for their nice stay and food requirements. Totally the event marked by fairness, safety, and the spirit of true sportsmanship.
